Gift Certificates to Phoenix Theatre are the perfect choice! They are also great for last-minute holiday gift-giving or as stocking stuffers. Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be used towards the purchase of tickets to any performance at Phoenix Theatre, subject to availability. Gift Certificates can be mailed either to the purchaser or the designated recipient and can also be held at the box office for pick-up.

You may entertain your group, pre or post show, in one of several spaces located on the beautiful Phoenix Theatre campus at no extra charge (subject to availability).
TALKBACKS / MEET & GREET
Groups of 20 or more may request a talkback after the show. Talkbacks are based upon availability and may include one actor up to the entire cast & crew. Donation of $100.
BACKSTAGE PASS
Based on availability, groups may peak behind the scenes to see how the magic is created while learning about the extensive 87 year history of Phoenix Theatre. Step inside and view how Phoenix’s longest-running arts organization creates its theatrical magic from the ground up! Tours are held Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm by appointment only. Donation of $50.
COMP PASS
When 20 or more tickets are purchased, the Group Leader is entitled to one complimentary ticket. (One comp ticket per performance).

Will Call is open 1 hour prior to curtain.
If you find yourself in downtown Phoenix and would like to pick up your performance tickets please stop by our Box Office window during designated hours. Please Note: One hour prior to showtime the Box Office will handle Will Call & Single Ticket sales for that evening's performance only.
Customer Service
The Phoenix Theatre is dedicated to making your theatre-going experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible. To that end, we have designed this site to help you easily renew your subscription, buy tickets, locate convenient parking and great restaurants, or even enroll your children in acting classes. But of course, if there is something specific you can’t seem to find here or if you have special needs, we’re here to help. Simply give us a call or stop by the Box Office during business hours, and we’ll be more than happy to take care of you.
Lost Tickets
Misplace your tickets or can’t remember the exact date of your performance? Just call the box office at 602-254-2151 and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Donate Tickets
Can’t make your regularly scheduled performance? Can’t exchange tickets? You can donate your tickets back to Phoenix Theatre. Simply return your original tickets 24 hrs prior to your performance and the Box Office will provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for your records.
Exchange Tickets
NOTE: Only subscribers may exchange tickets.
Exchanges are made on a first-come, first-serve, seat available basis for the same production only. Tickets are non-refundable. Subscribers may exchange tickets at no cost by:
1. Returning tickets by mail or in person to the Box Office (see hours) or by faxing a copy of the tickets torn in half with VOID written across each half (602.889.5286) 24 hours in advance of scheduled performance.
2. Inform Box Office of: date and time of performance you wish to see, any special requests or needs, your name, address and a contact phone number.
