MAINSTAGE
Our MainStage offers an intimated setting for live theatre, in a 373 seat house. As a theatre devoted to maintaining, nurturing and redefining American Classic Theatre & American Musical Theatre, the MainStage has served as a gateway for regional talent to continuing careers nationally. Stars such as Nick Nolte and Steven Spielberg have launched their careers here on the Phoenix Theatre MainStage. Clair Boothe Luce debuted her original script of The Women on our MainStage in 1942. Our Artist-in-Residence Program also helps us to mentor new talent, while they display their artistic gifts on our stage. Every performance on our MainStage is not just entertainment; it’s an experience!
