Seats: 370
Dimensions: Proscenium opening is 35’ Wide x 13’ 7” tall; Stage is 47’ wide by 34’ deep from the plaster line, plus a full stage apron 8’ deep, beneath is an orchestra pit seating 10-12 musicians.  We have a half-fly system.
Non-Profit Cost:  $4,000 wk or $1,000 day

Little Theatre
Seats: 137 (107 + 30 folding)
Dimensions: 38’ wide x 24’ deep – full pipe grid.
Non-Profit Cost: $2,250wk or $600 day
   
Rehearsal Room A, Rehearsal Room B
Dimensions: both about 40’ wide by 35’ deep; concrete with vinyl tile floor; 8’ ceilings.  Piano available
Cost: $35 for up to 4 hrs/ monthly rate $700

Mainstage Rehearsal Hall
Dimensions: 40’ wide by 30’ deep + full wall of dance mirrors; sprung wood floor; high ceilings, sound system and piano available
Cost:  $50 for up to 4 hrs/ monthly rate $1000 

Main Stage Studio
Dimensions: 40’ wide by 25’ deep + full wall of dance mirrors; sprung wood floor; high ceilings
Cost:  $50 for up to 4 hrs/ monthly rate $1000

Little Theatre - Floor Space
Dimensions: about 40’ wide by 40’ deep + 1 full wall of dance mirrors; wood floor; high ceilings 
Cost: $50 for up to 4 hrs/ monthly rate $1000

Pricing subject to change without notice.  Published prices are for non-profits only.  For profit rates available upon request.  Other fees may apply, such as: technical labor, house management, custodial or building supervisor fees.  All rentals are subject to a deposit at the time of booking.

Costume Rental

Cost: Costumes can be rented on either per day or per show basis. We have a vast selection of period, contemporary and unusual costumes.

Set & Properties Rental
